Your fees will only change if the number of subscribers for a particular month exceed the purchased tier. For example, if you are currently on the Up to 50,000 tier and this month you have 76,000 subscribers, then you will be charged the next tier.
Yes, to simplify things, pricing will be on auto-renewal each month until you cancel.
